Members of the Community Appearance Board and the Planning Commission/
Local Planning Agency, Town of Highland Beach, Florida, met on Friday,
August 21, 1981, at 10:00 a.m., at Town Lots #123 and #124 West.

Town Manager E. W. Roberts, Building Official F. Hamzik and Representatives
of the Townhouses of Highland Beach project, Mr. P. R. Connor, Jr., Mr.
J. Stanley and Mr. John Wheeler were present. Plans for the development
of the site were presented by the developer.
It was agreed that a detailed presentation of lighting and landscaping
plans for the site will be presented to the Planning Commission at the
meeting scheduled for September 15, 1981.
