MINUTES: PLANNING COMMISSION/LOCAL LAND PLANNING AGENCY, WORKSHOP MEETING.
JANUARY 16, 1978. ZONING.
*Chairman Boscove called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m., advising this
was. a workshop meeting to further consider the proposed Zoning Revisions
submitted by Dr. Richard Orman, The recording secretary called the roll,
the Agenda is Attachment "A".
Present: J. A. Boscove, N. J. Johnson, A. Allen, R. B. Myers,
J. M. Farrin, O. Edlund (Alternate)

amined.

Building Site Area Regulations
(e) (2)
(2) Minimum Lot Width: 80 Ft. (Approved)
(3) Front Yard: 25 Feet, except from AlA where it shall be
40 feet east and west sides.
(4) Approved. Add rear yard
(7) Delete
(8) Maximum Building Height: 35 feet above mean sea level
(12) Add Pools. Recommended 4 ft. apron around pool. To
be reviewed. (Including question of deck extending

described setbacks as applied to properties East of AlA. R M L
designation combines two densities in one district. Ordinance
will be delineated on separate pages. Pool setbacks to be in-
cluded in code for District.

Accessory Uses: Delete tool sheds. (Delete throughout code
4.3 (b)
where under Accessory Uses.) Recommend clarification of
"private recreational facilities".
(e) (1) Building Site Area Regulations. Discussed multiple family
units per acre (15/18).
The next meeting scheduled for further discussion and review of the pro-
posed Zoning Ordinance will be Monday, January 23, 1978.
Admiral Farrin offered the motion to adjourn, Mr. Johnson seconded. Chairman
Boscove declared the meeting adjourned at 10:20 p.m.
