SMOOT, RECESSED FROM JAN. 26, 1977. •Chairman Boscove called the Public Hearing to order at 7:35 p.m., advising this was a continuation of the Public Hearing recessed at 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 1977. The Chairman asked that the record show that the members attending the previous hearing, Mr. Storm, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Myers, Adm. Farrin and Mr. Boscaove, were present and requested in the ab- sence of Mr. James Smoot, discussion be confined to the areas on the west side of AlA. The Agenda is attachment "A". Following review of the area designated RPUD 1 at the southwest boundary of the Town of Highland Beach, it was the consensus of the members of the Commission that the designation be identified by the code color orange, 12 to 20 units. There were no objections. Ms. Milani, resident in audience voiced her objection to the change in classification of the area on the southeast side of AlA and requested the classification remain at 4 to 20 units. Adm. Farrin objected to statements contained in Mr. Milani's letter dated January 1977 addressed to the Chairman and Members of the Planning Commission of Highland Beach. The proposed map was examined with the members of the Commission considering suggested density changes, comments made by members of the audience re- garding the proposed densities and the effect density changes would have on development of property in the future. • Mr. Doug Martin advised that the Owners of Lots 59, 60, 62, 65 and 69, Oliver -Hoffman, were making every effort to work with various agencies to obtain permits to make possible the beginning pf construction at the site. At the conclusion of the discussion, the Chairman advised that the Public Hearing would be recessed until Wednesday, February 9, 1977, at 7:30 p.m. The Public Hearing was recessed at 9:30 p.m. APPROVED: N.
