Chairman Boscove called the Regular Meeting to order at 9:35 P.M., ad-
vising this was a Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission. The
Agenda is attachment "A". The secretary called the roll -
Present: J. A. Boscove, N. M. Johnson, A. Allen,
R. B. Myers, J. M. Farrin.
Absent: E. A. Potere, F. M. Johnson (Alternates).
Present in audience was Town Attorney T. E. Sliney.
MINUTES
Minutes of the following meetings having been previously examined,
reading thereof was waived -
October 15, 1975 Public Hearing, Comprehensive Plan
October 15, 1975 Regular Meeting
Mrs. Allen offered the motion to approve the minutes as presented,
Mr. Myers seconded the motion. Mr. Boscove, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Myers,
Mrs. Allen and Adm. Farrin voted aye; the minutes were approved as
presented.
• UNFINISHED BUSINESS
On Town Attorney Sliney's recommendation, the 1975 Comprehensive Plan
Resolution #2, completed by the Planning Commission on October 15, 1975,
will be signed by Chairman Boscove and Secretary Adele Allen and trans-
mitted to the Town Commission for consideration.
ADJOURNMENT
Chairman Boscove advised he would entertain a motion for adjournment.
Mr. Johnson offered the motion to adjourn, Mrs. Allen seconded. The
motion to adjourn was unanimously approved.
The next Workshop/Regular Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Decem-
ber 10, 1975, the agenda to include further discussion and review of
the Zoning Ordinance and continuing finalization of the Planning Com-
mission Operating Procedures.
